Simon Atkinson has achieved many culinary awards including Gold medals at the Culinary World Cup and the Culinary Olympics.

With many years experience competing at the highest level he is able to pass on his considerable knowledge. He passed the World Association of Chef Societies (WACS) judging course in Orlando USA and is now eligible to judge anywhere in the world.

Whether it is developing professional skills for a competition, or for use in the industry Simon can tailor tuition to your needs.

Chocolate courses include the techniques of tempering chocolate to produce desserts, petit fours and centre pieces.

Sugar craft courses include the techniques of pouring, blowing sugar centre pieces.
